I turn product ideas into production systems
I work with founders and product teams to define, build, and ship systems end-to-end - leading teams while staying hands-on.
Systems I've built
Technical Lead · Full-time · 5 yrs
Scaled platform from scratch to 400K users
Worked directly with executives to define product direction and technical roadmap. Led 15+ engineers building the platform end-to-end - grew to 400K users, +9% checkout conversion, -25% payment failures, and 20x infrastructure scale at 25% lower cost.
GrowthDay
Engineering Lead · Full-time · 6 yrs
Built scheduling infrastructure used by Google and Telefónica
Architected Saastack - a modular SaaS framework that let enterprise clients get production scheduling without building from scratch. Led 8 engineers; the same codebase powered Google and Telefónica, cut load times from 15s to under 1s, and compressed delivery from a year to a month.
Appointy
Solo · Full-stack · AI · Personal project
Shipped AI-powered fitness marketplace from zero to production
Defined the product, designed the system, and shipped solo - two-sided marketplace with AI coaching, program builder, real-time messaging, and Stripe billing. Zero to production with full ownership at every layer.

Shorter stories
Different problems, different scales - each one required owning the outcome.
Aviater
Small aviation operators had no affordable tool for compliance-aware mission planning - most software was built for large fleets and priced accordingly. Built Aviater solo from spec to deployment: real-time pilot eligibility signals, duty time enforcement, drag-drop scheduling, and full audit trails. Charter operators can now plan compliant missions and log flights without a dedicated compliance officer.
Accevate
Schools in India needed a digital ERP but couldn't afford separate development for each institution. Built three Ionic/Angular apps - student, teacher, and management - covering attendance, marks, timetables, fee payments, and bus tracking, then white-labeled the system for multi-school deployment. Each school got a fully branded product from a single codebase.
Speak To Freedom
Agencies needed to search millions of prospect contacts by location and activate them into campaigns instantly - no existing CRM handled this. Built the Leads Machine module: radius-based contact search, Instantly campaign management, Zapmail domain provisioning, and GoHighLevel CRM sync. Agencies went from hours of manual prospecting to launching campaigns in minutes.
EventRoostr - payments
EventRoostr's wedding and event booking platform was losing mobile users at checkout - card entry on mobile converted poorly. Integrated Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe's Payment Request API into the existing Next.js platform. Mobile checkout now works natively on iOS and Android with a single tap.
Vouch
Free trial abuse - disposable emails, shared accounts, repeated signups - was draining SaaS products with no simple fix. Co-built Vouch: email validation combined with device fingerprinting and IP reputation scoring, returning a single ALLOW/FLAG/BLOCK signal. One API call gives product teams a risk score they can act on without building their own fraud stack.
Aicadium NOVA
Temasek needed to benchmark sustainability metrics across commercial real estate portfolios - no off-the-shelf tool existed for this use case. Built NOVA: a sustainability finance dashboard with peer benchmarking, sustainability-linked loan management, and multi-signatory consent workflows. Portfolio managers could track KPI compliance and run benchmarks across assets in one place.
How I build
Understand the problem, not just the spec.
I talk directly to the founder or PM before touching anything. What actually needs to be built, what the edge cases are, and what success looks like - clarified early, not discovered mid-build.
Define the system before writing code.
Architecture, data flow, API contracts, and states are mapped first. At GrowthDay and Appointy, this step alone prevented weeks of rework on both the frontend and infrastructure.
Ship a working version fast.
A usable end-to-end slice first - not polished, but real. At GrowthDay, every major feature started rough and was refined after seeing how users actually behaved.
Iterate with real usage.
Analytics, logs, and user behaviour drive changes - not assumptions. Mixpanel and Statsig at GrowthDay guided every significant product decision after initial launch.
Stabilize and scale for production.
Performance, crash monitoring, retries, fallbacks, and edge cases. A feature isn't done until it handles the unhappy path and scales under real load. At GrowthDay, this meant 20x infrastructure scale at 25% lower cost. E2E coverage with Playwright and Jest before every release.
Leave it clean.
Reusable components, clear contracts, documented decisions. The 232-package Saastack framework was built this way - so any engineer could pick up any package without needing context from the last one.
Most projects break at step 1 or 2. Getting those right early is where most of the speed comes from.
Work together
Contract
How I work with most clients.
I scope it, architect it, build it, and deploy it. You get a production system, not a handoff document.
Full-time
Selectively - for teams where I can lead and ship.
I've led 15+ engineers at GrowthDay and 8 at Appointy. I'm looking for roles where I own technical direction, work directly with founders or product, and can still write code - not just manage tickets.
Timeline
- Worked directly with executives to define product direction. Led 15+ engineers across frontend, backend, mobile, and cloud - grew platform from scratch to 400K users.
- Drove 9% checkout conversion lift and 25% payment failure reduction - infrastructure and mobile platform work.
- Rebuilt AWS infrastructure with CloudFormation and Terraform. Scalability up 20x, costs down 25%.
- Architected Saastack - a modular, hook-based SaaS framework serving 1M+ users. Same codebase powered Google and Telefónica without forking.
- Led a team of 8; caching cut load times from 15s to under 1s. FullCalendar integration cut delivery timelines from a year to a month.
- Grew from intern to engineering lead - frontend ownership, platform architecture, and client delivery across 4 years.
- Speak To Freedom (2026) - full-stack leads platform from zero. Millions-scale contact DB, campaign engine, GoHighLevel CRM sync.
- Aviater (solo) - flight operations SaaS. Compliance scheduling, pilot eligibility, audit trails. Spec to deployment.
- Aicadium - built NOVA, a sustainability finance platform for Temasek. Sustainability-linked loan management, peer benchmarking, multi-signatory consent workflows.

- EventRoostr - Apple Pay and Google Pay via Stripe. Vouch - co-founded fraud detection API.
Let's build something that works.
I'm based in Dubai, available across US and European timezones, and currently taking on contract work. Reach out if you need an engineer who ships.
